Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 22 October 2026.
These terms govern your use of the Al Fitya website (alfitya.com). By using the site, you agree to them.
Use of this site
This site is for prospective students, families, and partners learning about Al Fitya. You may browse, read, and submit forms in good faith. You agree not to:
- Use this site for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the site or its security.
Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into an Al Fitya program. Acceptance decisions are made by our admissions team based on the application, suitability, and program capacity. We respond within two weeks of receiving an application.
If accepted, separate program terms — including fees, cohort dates, code of conduct, safeguarding policy, and bursary terms where applicable — will apply, and we will share them with you in writing before enrollment is confirmed.
Intellectual property
The Al Fitya brand, name, logo, and the content of this site (text, images, design) are owned by Al Fitya. You may share links to our pages freely. Reproducing our content beyond personal use requires our written permission.
Information accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate, but program details (dates, fees, mentors, capacities) can change. The most up-to-date information is what we confirm to you directly in writing when we reply to your application or enquiry.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Vercel. Sign-in and stored form data use Supabase. If you choose Sign in with Google, Google’s terms also apply to that sign-in. The newsletter form may still use a third-party processor until we move it into the same inbox as Contact.
Limitation of liability
We provide this site “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes related to the site are subject to the courts of Rabat.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. The current version is always the one on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.
